Because our products are handcrafted bath and body items, we handle returns and order concerns carefully to ensure product safety and quality.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide a resolution.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly correct the issue and ensure you receive the correct product.

Returns

Due to the nature of handcrafted bath and body products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

If you have concerns about your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if the order has not yet entered processing. Once production or packaging has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Product Variations

Because our products are handmade in small batches, slight variations in color, design, and appearance may occur. These natural variations are part of the beauty of handcrafted products and do not affect product quality or performance.
